Terms and Conditions

Appointments must be confirmed with a 50% booking fee. Please note all booking fees are non-refundable
Customers must give one week's notice if they intend to cancel appointments
All appointments must be paid via bank transfer.
The full balance must be paid 7 days before the appointment
If there is a change of service i.e only one for hair when two were booked in for hair. The remaining balance must be in full i.e two for hair not one for hair.
In the rare event that Sarabel cannot proceed with the appointment. She will try to have another Makeup Artist cover the appointment, if this is not possible a full refund will be given.
